This notice describes the browser storage the current version of GTAWaypoint actually uses.
No tracking or advertising cookies
GTAWaypoint does not run advertising, cross-site tracking or third-party analytics cookies. There is no ad network, no marketing pixel and no advertising profile built from your visits. That is why the site does not show a cookie consent banner: there is nothing non-essential to consent to.
Essential and functional storage
The site may use small amounts of browser storage that are needed for it to work, for example keeping a signed-in editor session for the private admin area, remembering a display preference such as spoiler level, and saving local progress data in your own browser. This storage stays on your device or is tied to your own session, and it is not used to profile you.
Embedded and external content
Links to YouTube, Rockstar Games pages and other external sites open on those sites, which set their own cookies under their own policies. Official videos are linked rather than embedded, so simply browsing GTAWaypoint does not load a video player.
Clearing storage
You can clear cookies and site data for GTAWaypoint at any time through your browser settings. Clearing it will sign out an editor session and remove locally saved preferences or progress.
Future changes
If non-essential tracking, analytics or advertising cookies are ever introduced, consent controls will be added and this notice updated before those cookies are set.
