Informational fan site
GTAWaypoint is an independent, fan-made reference site about Grand Theft Auto VI. It is provided for information only. It is not an official product, service or support channel of Rockstar Games or Take-Two Interactive.
No guarantee of accuracy
Entries are built from evidence and are labelled with a confidence status, but they can be incomplete, outdated or wrong. Before the game is released, much of the public material is limited or subject to change. Do not rely on anything here for decisions that matter to you, and check the linked sources yourself.
Acceptable use
Use the site normally. Do not attempt to break, overload or probe the site or its backend, do not scrape at a volume that degrades service for others, do not submit malware or illegal material, and do not impersonate the site or its editors. Automated bulk copying of the database is not permitted without permission.
Submitted content
Anything you send through the source submission form may be reviewed, edited, shortened, rejected or never published. Submissions go into a private editorial queue. By submitting, you confirm you may share the material and you allow it to be used in site entries with appropriate source credit. Do not submit leaked, stolen or confidential material.
Third-party links
Entries link to external sites such as Rockstar Games pages, platform stores, video platforms and reporting. Those sites have their own terms and privacy practices, and their content is outside our control.
Availability and changes
The site is offered as it is and as available. Features, entries, URLs and these terms can change, and access may be interrupted or withdrawn at any time without notice.
Intellectual property
Grand Theft Auto, GTA, Rockstar Games and related names, logos, artwork, screenshots and video belong to their respective owners and are used here for identification and commentary only. Original GTAWaypoint text, structure, design and code remain ours. Short quotations with credit and a link back are fine; wholesale reproduction is not.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, GTAWaypoint and the people behind it are not liable for any loss or damage arising from use of the site or from reliance on its content, including inaccurate information, downtime or links to third-party material. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Updates to these terms
These terms may be updated as the site grows, for example if accounts, payments or advertising are ever introduced. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
